- Ch = Chain(s)
- Sc = single crochet
- Dc = double crochet
- sl st = slip stitch
- st = stitch
- Hdc stands for half double crochet.
Crocheted Lace Ribbon Pattern
- To form a ring, slip knot, chain 20, slip stitch to the first chain.
- Chain 3 (this does not count as the first dc), 36dc into the ring, sl st to the first dc in the round to connect.
- Ch4, skip next st, *sc in next st, ch4, skip next st* repeat * across circle, sl st to first st in round, fasten off
- Chain 20 with a different color, pass the chains through the first ring, slip stitch to the first chain to form a ring.
- Chain 3 (this does not count as the first dc), 36dc into the ring, sl st to the first dc in the round to connect.
- Ch4, skip next st, *sc in next st, ch4, skip next st* repeat * across round, sl st to first st in round
- Ch2, dc in the next st (here is where we will unite the two halves), sc across any ch-4 gap from the second ring, *ch5, sc in the next space*, repeat * for 12 times, ch5, sc in the next space of the first ring, repeat * till the final st, ch5, sl st to the first st in the circle, fasten off.
